Moderators will facilitate the discussion as the group explores interesting and sometimes controversial topics. Each week’s discussion is typically accompanied by some readings you’ll receive in advance via email. Topics for the subsequent week are decided at the previous discussion.

Topic #1 - 2024 European Parliament Elections. What did the voters say, and how might that shape the future for EU countries and the USA?

Topic #2 - The role of private money in US elections. Since the Citizens United Supreme Court decision that allowed unlimited donations by corporations, NFPs, labor unions and other associates to political campaigns, how has the conduct, issues, and outcomes of elections changed?
