Nutrition and exercise play a crucial role in maintaining a healthy lifestyle as well as in preventing disease. Foods with vitamins, minerals, proteins, and carbohydrates are essential for our bodies to function properly. Let's talk about how to manage your nutritional needs to maintain a healthy lifestyle with healthy habits. We'll also discuss foods that are good to eat and what foods should be eaten only in moderation. There will be time afterwards for Q & A.
