Optimal nutrition, through food choices and eating patterns, is important for individuals of any age, including older folks. Emerging research suggests that cognitive function may be linked to eating patterns. This session will provide an overview of key nutrients for healthy aging, concepts related to chronic disease management and strategies to incorporate beneficial nutrients into our lives.
During this presentation, we’ll make a healthy but tasty salad that everyone can share!
