One of our activities, the Season's Greetings Card Giving Program--a partnership with the Edgewater Branch Library--is now in its fourth year and we need your help.

We need assistance in signing cards that will be distributed to residents in nursing homes, assisted living, and rehabilitation facilities in Andersonville, Uptown, Edgewater, and Rogers Park. These cards and personal notes mean a lot to recipients who may not receive any other holiday card. 
Season's greetings cards will be provided and card signings will be offered twice. 

• Monday, December 4, at 12:30 p.m. in the dining room of the Edgewater Satellite Senior Center inside the Broadway Armory Park, 5917 N. Broadway. Light refreshments will be provided!  Email edgewatervillagechicago@gmail.com if you plan to attend.

• Friday, December 15, at 10 a.m. at the Edgewater Branch Library, 6000 N. Broadway, second floor. Light refreshments will be provided!  Email edgewatervillagechicago@gmail.com if you plan to attend.

Donate signed cards
In addition to these signings, please consider buying or creating non-denominational, season's greetings cards and writing a short message inside them. If you'd like to participate, the instructions are on this flyer. 

Cards should be dropped off in bags at the circulation desk inside the Edgewater Branch, 6000 N. Broadway, by 6 p.m. on Monday, December 18. Check the library's hours of operation. Please print and post or pass along this information about the program to your friends and neighbors.
