Home Safety 101: Making Your Home Work for You

Learn how to assess your home for fall risk and other hazards and make simple changes to keep you safe at home. Could your home be hindering you? Make it work for you as you age! We’ll review simple changes that will allow you to continue doing all things you need and want to do with as little frustration, time and energy wasted as possible. Feel empowered to take a fresh look at your home and identify beneficial changes to help you age in place.

Presented by Karrie Stanley, Occupational Therapist and owner of Vitalize Home Therapy, whose mission is to assist older adults to age in place by providing in-home therapy services for older adults that are covered by Medicare Part B.
