Each week’s discussion is typically accompanied by some readings you’ll receive in advance via email. Topics for the subsequent week are decided at the previous discussion. This week’s discussion topics are:

• What are the agreements we currently have with Taiwan and Ukraine related to their security and how far should we go in honoring them?  Should we be considering additional security arrangements with them? 

• Censorship: for primary and secondary school reading lists and library books, what criteria should be used to ban books and who should decide?  Should there be some controls on information distributed via the internet and how should they be decided?
