Each week’s discussion is typically accompanied by some readings you’ll receive in advance via email. Topics for the subsequent week are decided at the previous discussion. The topics for March 1 are:

• Mayor Lightfoot and State Attorney Foxx each ran as reformers promising fundamental changes. How have they delivered on those promises? What have been the perceived results, to date?

• Is today a good time to be a teacher or a school administrator? What are the principle problems that teachers and school systems are facing and what should we be doing to solve them?
