• Chicago is finally getting a casino. What will be some of the advantages and disadvantages of it to Chicago and its residents? How has the site selection process been handled by the Mayor and City Council?
  

• What is 'Free Speech' and what should be its limitations? How has social media complicated its meaning? Are controls on social media necessary and, if so, who makes and enforces them?
