The Craft of Writing is a six-week program of creative nonfiction, memoir workshops conducted by EVC member Ben Polk for writers who want to tell their stories. Workshop members will read, share and explore writings with fellow writers using elements of writing, including point of view, description, dialogue, etc. This workshop series is limited to seven participants and is offered remotely on Zoom. Sessions will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. on September 3, 10, 17, 24 and October 1 and 8.

Ben is a published poet, lifelong writer and teacher of memoir writing for a number of years. He was an editor, copywriter and video script writer for 38 years.
