Our coffee and conversations are in the Broadway Armory dining room and start at 9 a.m. Meet up with us there for lively exploration of each week’s topics.

Moderators will facilitate the discussion as the group explores interesting and sometimes controversial topics. Each week’s discussion is typically accompanied by some readings you’ll receive in advance via email. This week’s topics will be:

• Trump’s Tariffs: What’s his true objective? Is “free trade” with China sustainable? Why has Trump been so erratic in implementation of his tariffs? What’s the future of international trade?

• Trump and immigration law: What should be the rights to free expression for visitors/migrants? For student visa holders? Green card recipients?
