Learn and practice techniques to reduce stress, performance anxiety and insomnia with Bob Mattia, a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor for more than 22 years.

The free workshop will include a discussion of stress management and group exercises to practice mindfulness and meditation techniques.

Registration is recommended but not required.

Held in partnership with the Edgewater Branch Library.
